Burnsall Village Hall is a superb venue for the public event of your choice - perfectly suited for dances, music events, theatre productions, lectures and talks, evening and daytime classes, exhibitions and fetes, cinema screenings and fundraising events including quizzes, dinners & ceilidhs.

Recent theatrical events have included the local production of ‘Oliver!’ - the Lionel Bart musical which was put on in February/March 2012 and ‘SWARD! The Story of a Meadow’ by Simon Corble, which was put on through the Highlights Rural Touring Scheme in 2011. Most recently the hall has been used for rehearsals for the up & coming Calendar Girls production by Grassington Players, who are staging the World Amateur Premiere on August 31st.
BVH' s Main Hall & Meeting Room are multifunctional areas; the main hall with a capacity of 120 people seated in theatre style and the adjoining Meeting Room has a 30 seat capacity with bar area at the far end of the room with fridge and sink.
Both rooms have the advantage of our audio-visual capabilites (please see our room hire page) and the main hall has our upgraded lighting system including spots and floodlights and is controllable with a fully programmable lighting board controlled from the back of a room – perfect for theatre and music events.
Our fully fitted Kitchen is also available should you wish to cater for yourself or if you have an outside caterer for your event
We have new tables and chairs available should you require seating.
